Monument Hearingcare Ltd. was founded in 2022 as a fully mobile service providing earcare services to the local and wider community before opening our Wellington based Earcare clinic in 2023.
Ear and Hearing Health practitioner, Brooke Hunt founded Monument Hearingcare after 5 years hands on experience in the industry and a passion for restoring people’s hearing as well as wanting to provide accessible and professional earcare services to her community.
Brooke has 7 years experience in the industry and has also worked for leading retailer, Boots Hearingcare.

The benefits of our Video Otoscopy equipment
Video otoscopy provides a high-definition view of your ear canal and eardrum and helps you better understand your ear health and anatomy.
Video otoscopy enables us to easily detect and capture images of any abnormalities.
Video otoscopy images can be forwarded onto your GP quickly and easily.

Our clinic room is accessible and spacious, this means you or your loved one don’t need to leave your wheelchair throughout your appointment.

Terms and Conditions of payment for Monument Hearingcare - Earcare clinic
We accept payments in the form of cash, credit/debit cards and other methods specified by the clinic.
Payment for our services is due at the time of your appointment unless prior payment arrangements have been made between client and the company.
Payment is required in full for any hearing aid/earcare accessories, ear drops, or other products purchased at the clinic.
For clients paying via BACS, payments must be made within 72 hours from invoice and appointment date.
Client payment information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security. The clinic adheres to all relevant privacy laws and regulations.
Clients with outstanding balances will be required to settle the balance before scheduling additional appointments or receiving further services.
The Clinic reserves the right to modify fees for services and products. Any fee changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
Refund and Return policy for Monument Hearingcare - Earcare clinic
Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients dissatisfied with services should communicate their concerns with the clinic promptly.
Hearing aid accessory products (i.e. batteries/wipes/filters etc.) purchased at the clinic are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the products are in their original condition, unaltered with original packaging.
Ear drops purchased at the clinic are eligible for a refund if unopened, unused and in original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase.
